Our Location: Located in a quiet neighborhood in the
Bogota barrio Modelia for a quiet nights sleep and neighborhood
prices for restaurants, bakeries, beauty salons, local stores, etc.
6 min. walk to a large retailer Carrefour (similar to a Wal Mart)
and a large new shopping mall is also being built.
We are located approximately 7 min. from Salitre Plaza and Maloka, a
world famous science center, 10 min. from the airport and 10 min.
from the U.S. Embassy.

*SMOKING POLICY:

are a non - smoking facility. However,
if you wish to smoke in your room there will be a $25.00
charge for shampooing the carpets, cleaning & fumigating the room to
prepare for our next guest.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Other than seeing
eye dogs.
A ONE NIGHT
DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD A RESERVATION:
If airport pickup is requested the charge will be added with your
deposit.

Check in time is: 3:00 PM
Cardholder is responsible for any damage or for any items missing
from the room caused by themselves or their guests/family members
etc. they allow in the apartment.
Cancellation & refund policy: Your
deposit required to guarantee your reservation is not refundable but
can be used as a credit for future reservations, any cancellations
after arriving are subject to a 15% administration charge; Airport
pick up fees are non-refundable for no shows. By submitting this
